I am extremely satisfied! Rebecca was available for my questions and confusions (due to being a novice at this) and super informative and always had suggestions ready when either an ingredient wasn’t available or an adjustment needed to be made. The recipes were written clearly and easy to understand step by step. Each recipe was delicious and super healthy! I never knew how much I would love making things from scratch vs buying a pre-made mix in a bottle. The Chia Pudding, Sweet and Tangy Salmon w/ Green Beans, Artichoke Flatbread, Caramelized Onion and Butternut Squash Crustless Quiche, South Western Pasta Salad and the Stovetop Popcorn with Nutritional Yeast were some of my faves. The smoothies were amazing too!
