Fusion Flow:

Fusion starts through connection breath and movement by taking the body through sun salutations and various standing postures that seamlessly flow together vinyasa style. The last 25 minutes postures are held longer like slow flow to go deeper and feel the burn of building strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow:

A dynamic flow for the student who loves a challenge, vinyasa is a rhythmic sequence of poses flowing seamlessly with your breath.

Slow Flow:

This class moves at a slower pace so you can get to know your body and how it aligns with more foundational yoga postures. You will move slowly and skillfully to develop awareness, connect to your breath and learn about your self and body on a more intimate level.
