Why Private Yoga?
Practicing yoga privately with an instructor gives you the opportunity to focus on your personal goals and needs by taking a class that is crafted to fit your specifications. Private sessions can be adapted to work with your particular challenges and aspirations and are tailored to meet your modifications, injuries, or health concerns.
No physical body is exactly the same, for some of us injuries or health concerns can make a group yoga class impractical or even dangerous. When working together one-on-one, I will address your individual needs to ensure that poses don’t further injure you and are not otherwise unsafe.
Your class schedule works on your terms. Instead of struggling to get to the class on time, you can make it to come to you when you’re ready.
